Hoot Needs Your Help!

Do you love Hoot? Let the Tahoe National Forest know about it!

The US Forest Service is proposing to make substantial changes to Hoot Trail including reducing berms and eliminating rollers and other trail features. If you value Hoot Trail, they need to hear from you.

Please provide your comments via email to District Ranger Tom Parrack at thomas.parrack@usda.gov and Forest Supervisor Beth Martinez at elizabeth.martinez@usda.gov. Tell them why you love Hoot, a fun story from the trail, or why you think it should remain unchanged.

They need to hear from you now! Take action by Friday November 15 before USFS starts on this work.

Thank you for supporting your local trails in and around Nevada County. Visit bonc.org for more info and updates.
